There is no charge to submit process, publish and access the research articles. The cost involved in the publication of articles in HFE is provided by the Iranian Research Organization for Science and Technology (IROST).
HFE is published as an open-access electronic journal, so there is no subscription fee for audiences.

In this journal, authors do not retain unrestricted copyrights and publishing rights.
Plagiarism is intentionally using someone else’s ideas or other original material as if they are one's own. Copying even one sentence from someone else’s manuscript, or even one of your own that has previously been published, without proper citation is considered by HFE Journals as plagiarism. All manuscripts under review or published with HFE are subject to screening using plagiarism-prevention software. Thus, plagiarism is a serious violation of publication ethics. All submitted manuscripts are checked for similarity through iThenticate software to ensure their authenticity and originality and then rigorously peer-reviewed by expert reviewers.
Hydrogen, Fuel Cell & Energy Storage is published 4 issues per year (Quarterly). All the content from the beginning to the end will be available forever on the journal website (https://hfe.irost.ir/)
